Oraculum Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Oraculum app, provided by Rafael Silveira Gomes under the Dark Sand Labs brand. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose
Oraculum offers symbolic readings for personal reflection. It does not promise to predict events, guarantee outcomes or make decisions for you.
2. Responsible use
Do not use a symbolic reading as medical, psychological, legal, financial, safety or emergency advice. Consult qualified professionals for important decisions. In urgent, risky or self-harm situations, seek human help and appropriate local services.
You must use the app lawfully, without harming the service, bypassing limits, committing fraud, harassment or violating rights.
3. Free use and voluntary support
Oraculum is free and every feature is available without payment. If you wish, you can support its development with a one-off purchase in your device's store. Support is not a subscription, does not renew, does not unlock features and creates no additional benefit or obligation.
Price, billing, receipts and any refunds follow the store's rules (Google Play or App Store) and applicable law.
4. Local data
Readings, history, journal and study stay on the device. The app offers no account, sync or backup; you can erase local data in Settings.
5. Content and intellectual property
The Oraculum brand, original text, interface and code are protected by applicable law. Cards, images, third-party software and licensed text retain the credits and conditions shown in the app or in notices distributed with the product.
6. Availability and changes
Online features depend on connectivity, configuration, technical limits and third-party availability. We may fix, update, suspend or discontinue features for security, legal compliance, maintenance or product evolution, while preserving applicable rights.
7. Liability
Oraculum is provided for reflection and entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of readings. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination, law and contact
You may stop using the app and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use without limiting applicable rights.
