Delete your Oraculum account and data
The Oraculum app, published under the Dark Sand Labs brand by Rafael Silveira Gomes, no longer offers accounts. This page lets you request deletion of an account created in a test version, without reinstalling the app.

Request by email
Send the request from the email address used for the account. State only that you want to delete your Oraculum account. Never send your password. We may request proportionate confirmation to avoid deleting the wrong account.

What each action does

| Email request | Removes the account, sessions and installation links from the Oraculum service and lets you request handling of identifiers held by providers, subject to verification and legitimate retention. |
| Erase local data | Removes readings, journal, physical readings and preferences from the device under Settings > Erase all data. |
Deleting an account does not erase data still stored on the device. Erasing local data or uninstalling the app does not delete the account.
Retention after a request
Technical records that no longer directly identify the account may remain for the periods in the Privacy Policy. Providers may keep information required by law, fraud prevention or disputes.
We will reply through the channel used and explain any additional information needed, the applicable time frame or mandatory retention.
